Basement Remodeling Project
This video features some construction footage of this basement remodeling project. The contract included a family room and new basement bedroom. New carpet and a grid-ceiling were also installed in a pre-existing basement bedroom. (Running Time: 3 min 15 sec)

This video features some construction footage of the pictured home above up to the interior framing phase. Unfortunately the video/photo person did not make it back to take a picture or capture footage of the completed project. The home was sold by the original owner shortly after completion for a very handsome profit, which was possible since Dave has been told that he packs more equity into his newly built homes than anyone else in the capital district!
